Service Description

A one-time FREE Discovery Call is required in order to book your first session. Why choose hypnosis? First, it is a great technique to allow you to physically relax. With your eyes closed, you will be guided to relax and turn inward to address what you came to work on. Feelings and emotions may arise. Using a client-centered approach, you will actively take the reins during the session, while the facilitator acts mainly as a guide or a source of support. You may purposely or inadvertently experience going back to an earlier age, past life, and/or see deceased loved ones. During a session, your answers to questions can lead you in a different or unexpected direction. For example, if you want to find out when a problem or belief started, you would go back in time and sometimes all the way back to childhood to explore further. Depending upon your belief system, if you were curious about other lifetimes, wanted to know what skills you had, hobbies, interests, etc,. you could explore this through regressing back to a previous lifetime. Doing so often leads to valuable self-knowledge and wisdom in this lifetime. You also have the option to go between lives, meet your spirit guides, angels, loved ones, etc. Is hypnosis right for you?
