A one-time FREE Discovery Call is required in order to book your first session. Hypnotic Therapeutic Breathwork (HTBW) is an ancient tool for change and when it is combined with hypnosis, it is a fast and effective way to get unstuck physically and emotionally. At intake, we will discuss what you came to work on and any hypnotic suggestions needed to help you. Then, during the session, you will be guided to cyclical breath through the mouth at a faster and deeper than normal pace. This will lead you toward self awareness, emotional clearing, energy release, and potentially uncovering childhood or natal memories, and beyond. With your breath, you are hyper oxygenating your cells and body which is different from hyperventilation. HTBW is a powerful and often intense tool that helps you “let go” by accessing your own wisdom through your breath. Near the end of the session, and while you are in a deep state, you will receive your hypnotic suggestions. After the session, clients often report feeling lighter, more serene, and have a sense of clarity. “Wow, what just happened? I feel so light.” This is NOT a good choice for those where deep breathing/pressure may make conditions worse or put the client at risk such as those who are pregnant, have heart or cardiovascular diseases, detached retina, glaucoma or serious eye issues, asthma or uncontrolled respiratory conditions like COPD, recent major surgeries where deep breathing is unsafe. It is also not good for those with sever psychiatric diagnosis, actively suicidal or in acute crisis, severe dissociation or depersonalization who lack strong grounding resources.
